Report Content or a Violation of Regulations

All websites under the DollsHub Network are produced entirely in-house by DollsHub Network's own employees using professional actors who execute written model releases and legal agreements prior to filming. We do not permit user-generated or uploaded content of any kind.

All published material is reviewed and maintained in compliance with applicable law, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements. All performers appearing on our websites have signed binding agreements granting DollsHub Network the full right to produce, distribute, and display the content as outlined in those agreements.

This reporting form is intended only for:

  • Non-consensual content concerns
  • Allegations of recording or distribution without consent
  • Copyright or trademark claims
  • Specific and substantiated allegations of violations of laws or contractual obligations

This form is not intended for requests based solely on a performer’s subsequent change of preference, personal circumstances, or reputational concerns following execution of a valid agreement.

Contracted performers with questions regarding documentation or contractual terms may contact performer support directly at: info@dollshub.com

How Reports Are Handled

All reports are reviewed by our internal compliance team and treated as confidential. Because all content on DollsHub Network and affiliated sites is produced and distributed directly by DollsHub Network, each report is evaluated against executed performer agreements, signed model releases, verified consent documentation, and applicable legal record-keeping requirements.

Performer agreements are binding legal contracts. The content will not be removed or restricted unless there is a proven violation of the law or a clear breach of contract.

We do not disclose the identity of individuals submitting reports except where required by law.

Once a report is received, we will:

  • 1. Review the provided documentation, check the disputed content and investigate the reported complaint.
  • 2. Determine whether a legal or contractual issue exists and, if necessary, take the necessary steps.
  • 3. We are not obligated to inform you of the outcome of your complaint, however we may contact you back at the email address you provided with the result of the investigation or if we need more information. If you do not provide a valid email address, we will not be able to contact you.
  • 4. It may take up to five (5) business days to resolve the complaint.

Please provide the URL of the reported content, all relevant facts, and a detailed description of the reason for the complaint.

By submitting this report, you confirm, under penalty of perjury, that you are the person named in this report, that all information you have provided is, to the best of your knowledge, accurate and complete, and that you are submitting this report in good faith in connection with a specific legal or contractual issue.
